15. Policy of Cancellation and Refund
Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing to the IDF WDS Daejeon 2018 Organizing Committee email : idfkorea@dairy.or.kr by 1 September 2018. Cancellations until this date will be accepted with a refund of all prepaid fees less a €50,- administration charge. Cancellations thereafter will be charged the full fee. Any refunds will be dealt with after the WDS
